Nominations And The Voice From The Grave!

How good was Nick's farewell message to the house! I laughed my arse off at the reactions of the HM's he slaughtered, in particular Emma. My only wish is that he had have done it while he was still in the house.
The beauty of it though, is that finally Emma knows that she is becoming transparent. If Nick was on to her, then surely some of the others are too. Watching her squirm was pure Gold!
Half an hour before Nick's message even aired, she was stating that she was worried about what he would have to say, and she had good reason to be.

""Aleisha, I didn't get to know you. But I can't say that I wanted too. Emma, it's much the same, I didn't get to know you and that worked out nicely. This is the Big Brother House, not the Emma House, so you should get your claws out of the people living here and be nice, and maybe you might not be nominated every week."

Emma immediately went into damage control. Mock confusion and trying to disprove Nick's theory while all the time saying " I don't care, it doesn't bother me." and then launching into another incredulous tirade about the audacity of Nick to say those things about her.
Funny how just the week before she was giving all respect to Demet for speaking her mind and sharing her opinion, yet when Nick did it, he was "paranoid" and "negative". It's not so much fun when the spotlight is on you, is it Ice Princess!

Here's some of Emma's response as transcribed by me from the live streams.
"He clearly is very paranoid......he never said any of that to my face"
Her sheer hypocrisy astounds me! She doesn't say one bad thing to anyone's face in there, she gets other people to address her issues for her, eg- Demet telling Zoran the bathrooms weren't clean enough, Hayley telling Rebecca to get over it when she was crying.

"I don't care. I knew he would say something up there but not to my face. He was weak. It doesn't bother me though"
No, of course not, that's why you went on and on about it for almost an hour. And weak? Someone please give this girl a mirror to show her exactly what weak looks like.

"I didn't even leave him a nasty message, so it goes to show, he's the one with the problem. He was heaps negative the whole time.........I didn't realise someone hated me that much in here. It's quite funny that someone has such strong opinions of someone ........claws? Is that like ripping into someone?" "It takes a lot for me to hate someone and cut into them....not unless they did something to my family.........Can't believe someone would be so pissed off with so many people in here"
Whaaaaaaaaaaat the fuck is she going on about??? I have NO words for her blind hypocrisy when it comes to her own actions. I'm speechless that someone could be so self absorbed to the point where she doesn't even recognise her own behaviour in others. Ghastly!!

Frankly, I'm gutted that she escaped nominations. I don't think i can bear to watch her for another two weeks minimum! I may have to parachute in there and punch her on her pointy witches nose!!

*Other things from last nights show of interest- How sleazy is Thomas! The guy creeps me out like no other. The way he is slobbering all over Sussanah is just sick making, and the tired lines he's using on her?!!!
When she was crying in the bedroom he said words to the effect "you really have to stop crying because I want to comfort you and hug you". All the while his little beady eyes were glinting, and he was grinning lasciviously with all the charm of a slimy snake about to devour a mouse!
Susannah is lapping up all the attention that Zoran and Thomas are lavishing on her, and it could come back to bite her in the arse if she doesn't watch her behaviour. Remember what happened to Jo Ashton? She could go down the same road.
Also on Thomas, I found it hilarious the way he tried to distance himself from Nick once it was obvious the other HM's were not impressed with his goodbye message. He even claimed they were not friends, and he just got along with him the same way he does with Jamie and the other boys.
Bollocks! He flirted constantly with Nick. I still can't work out the motivation behind that other than he's just a general sleazoid who likes to touch up people of both sexes, but still, he was very quick to join in the shouting down of Nick's message and very quick to disassociate himself from Nick once the fallout began.

Oh, before I forget. Something that was totally ignored on the daily show yesterday, was the fact that Travis is starting to side a little with the cool group. He made a comment to Rebecca yesterday that her head was "totally in the clouds" in regards to never seeing anything in a negative light. He then got into a discussion with Emma about her and said Rebecca " walks around with her head up her ass and I just live my life"
The horror!! Travis!! The gentle giant, metro sexual truck driver, all round good guy having a bitch session with Emma??? For shame!!
If he does much more of that, selective editing will not be able to save him. He will cost himself the money if he aligns himself with those twats, and make no mistake about that.

Ok, on with Nominations!!
Emma- 2 points: “Rebecca. I just can’t stand her, she drives me nuts.” She said Rebeccawouldn’t take no for an answer and forced her friendship onto her, including making Emma hold hands and kissing her in her bed. “She thinks everything is sugar coated and we live in the real world.”
1 point: Jamie. Emma said she was angry Jamie hadn’t done well in last week’s New Year task. “He was just a ghost in the House.”

Any excuse for her to nom Jamie at this point, she was just very fortunate he DID stuff up so she could have a more "legit" reason for nominating him.

Thomas-2 points: “Zoran – for failing to wear his microphone during the week.” He said he felt Zoran not wearing his mike showed lack of commitment to the task.
1 point: “Travis, for his comments regarding the bird.” Thomas explained he was upset when an injured bird entered the BB House and Travis suggested throwing it over the fence to freedom.

Totally bogus nominations here. He nommed zoran purely because he's a rival for Sussannah's affections. I have no idea why he targeted Travis, other than he may see him as a genuine threat to winning the game.

Aleisha- 2 points: “Jamie – I think he’s lacking in everything in the House.” She easily outlined why she was allocating him two points, saying he was constantly analysing her and failed to perform his job and task role properly.
1 point: “Rebecca. I can’t talk to her because she makes me feel like my opinions don’t matter or don’t count.” Aleisha explained, “It’s her way or no way when we have a conversation. She’s constantly shutting me down and making me feel belittled.”

Is it a coincidence that she nominated exactly the same way Emma did, but in reverse order?
Interesting.

Billy- 2 points: “This week two points for nomination is Jamie. He’s quite often glaring and staring at me and I know he is trying to read my body language.” Billy explained Jamie was constantly trying to read his body language and it intimidated him.
1 point: Billy struggled a little with the reason, but gave his point to Rebecca. He described her as nagging and annoying. He said there were times he liked to have downtime and Rebecca was constantly over-the-top.

And AGAIN, I see a pattern emerging.

Joel- 2 points: Jamie. “He is taking things way too seriously in this House. He is analysing and trying to get language off people and I am here to have fun.” He used Jamie’s concern over the missing Starburst as a reason why, saying he over-reacted when he noticed the missing lollies and dubbed it a “personal attack”.
1 point: Rebecca. “I think she changed after she was nominated.” He said he was disappointed to hear her say she could now be herself after being nominated, as it made him think she was under the radar. Rebecca took her turn.

Coincidence or collusion? Joel is very much a part of the "Cool group" and low and behold he is nominating exactly the same way Emma, Billy and Aleisha are.

Rebecca- 2 points: Joel. She said she was upset he didn’t volunteer with Housework, claiming he said he was there to be an entertainer, not do Housework. She added he wasn’t committed to tasks. “We need to have more energy,” she said. Big Brother chastised her and told her to be clear about what she was saying about Joel. She finished by saying he wasn’t a team player.
1 point: Emma. She claimed Emma cut her off short during a group discussion and didn’t listen to Rebecca’s instructions during the Bollywood task.

Her obsession with Emma is truly disturbing. STALKER!!

Travis- took his rocks – aka his Nomination props - to the Diary Room.
2 points: “Let’s do it.” He gave Jamie two points because he didn’t do his Environmental Watchdog job properly. “We’ve been standing around toe tapping all week. … We like to go to the body shop,” he said, referring to the gym banning from Big Brother due to Jamie’s lack of effort.
1 point: He listed Rebecca, saying she had three personalities – “Jellybean” Rebecca, “Sad” Rebecca and “Snappy Tom” Rebecca. “You just don’t know what personality you’ll cop next and I find that frustrating at times,” he said. Big Brother accepted his Nominations and Travis said, “Thanks heaps, oo-roo.”

Is he a cartoon character or is he for real? I can't make up my mind.

Andrew-2 points: Zoran. “This week he has almost not cared about the task,” he said, adding that Zoran didn’t wear his microphone when he needed to be wearing it for the New Year’s Task and the HMs were penalised for it.
1 point: Rebecca. He said he didn’t know where he stood with her and he felt like he couldn’t be himself when he was around her.

I was surprised he opted for Rebecca. He certainly wouldn't have done that had Hayley been in the house.

Jamie-2 points: “No surprises here, I am giving my two points to Emma.” He said she was a bad influence in the House and was hard to get to know but BB warned him he couldn’t come in with a “recycled” reason for Nominating. Jamie quickly told BB that Emma rolled her eyes when he talked and woke him up that morning.
1 point: Zoran. “He’s loud, he talks over people and when you ask him to explain something he doesn’t explain it, he just talks louder. I don’t like it when someone talks over me. I like him as a person but I really dislike his behaviour. He talks TO me – he doesn’t listen.”

I love how fired up Jamie gets when nominating. It's pretty funny.

Susannah-2 points: Emma. She explained she was overbearing and was always telling everyone off.
1 point: “Regretfully, I nominate Zoran for one point.” She said he talked over the top of her constantly. The surprise Nomination was accepted by Big Brother.

Wow! Wouldn't Zoran be shocked to know THAT! She's been accepting his cuddles and attention for weeks.

Zoran- 2 points: “I nominate Jamie for two points.” He said Jamie was under the radar and completely failed his task last week. He listed several examples of when Jamie didn’t step up his mission to be a leader and create harmony in the House and added that this proved he was trying to lie low in the House.
1 point: Rebecca. “She is sometimes very full-on,” he said. He said he was constantly overwhelmed by her enthusiasm.

No suprises there.

When Andrew used his twist, he decided to save Zoran, whom he himself had nominated and put Susannah in his place. What is he thinking? I do believe he is completely flustered when making these types of decisions. What a knob. So the nominees are; Jamie, Rebecca and Susannah.

My tip is for Rebecca to get the arse this week, and I'll be doing my bit to make that happen. Sussanah could be good value with the whole Zoran/Thomas triangle, and Jamie isn't offending me too much, so lets get rid of the boring Mormon!!!!
What say you?

Eviction Night #4- Nick.

Negative Nancy gets the arse! What an anti-climax. I still voted in vain to get rid of his other "Pity Party" member Rebecca, but I knew in my heart that the bitter and twisted one would be going home.
How prickly was his interview with Gretel! Dead set the guy was so defensive and at times downright hostile in his responses. Such a drama queen, I LOVED that about him. It's such a shame that he had to go, I sense he was about ready to give some hm's a run for their money in the bitch stakes, and the Ice Princess was right in his line of fire. Dammit!!

Oh well, no loss really. Even the hm's could hardly summon up the energy to be sad at his leaving and were soon drinking and having a grand old time as if he'd never been there.
Meh!

In other news from the weekend, I found it funny that BB didn't mention the reason Nick had been washing his sheets instead of Sussanah, and chose to focus on him getting a huge $14 fine and annoying the other HM's instead. It seems Nick shot his load all over his sheets and THAT is why he didn't want Susannah to wash them. In his own words, "I didn't want her to touch my DNA". Collective EWWWWWWWWW! Has he not heard of pillowcases? Apparently that's what the other boys in the house use to collect their man custard. Much easier to wash.
I'm starting to feel really grateful that BB Uncut isn't on anymore.

Can you imagine if Thomas and Sussanah did hook up? The fights for mirror space could turn deadly! Never in my life have I seen two people who are so looks obsessed and vain. I cringe for them. Do they not know how fucking stupid they look? How about her comment to the other girls when they were doing that retarded dance/aerobics thingy, "I need to be in front of a mirror, I can't see what I'm doing". Whaaaaaat?? They're like one dimensional cardboard cut outs with the collective personality of a sack of rocks, and the intelligence of a dead Amoeba. Tragic!

Still on Susannah, Zoran's little chat about her behaviour in the house was totally self serving and an blatant attempt to curry favour with her. He wants her to feel indebted for the "heads up" he gave her and in no way does he seriously care about her "position in the house". Dude wants to get some under the doona action. Simple.

I can't let another blog post go by without commenting on Emma's behaviour this week.
I find it downright hilarious that the very things she despises others for, are the very same character traits that she possess. Her comments about Nick to BB caused me to laugh out loud.
She accused him of being "Bitchy, whining, moaning and negative". Hellllloooooooo!!
She is constantly bitching. She LIVES for that shit! Did you hear her catty opinion on Sussanah's body? She said she had big thighs and ankles that were too large for her body. Oh yeah, ok, kinda like your fake tits, Princess!
Aleisha, who doesn't have the sculptured, anorexic look that Emma does, was forced to say, "Well what do you think about my body then?" and Emma stammered that Aleisha was ok cos she was curvy, where as Sussanah had a body like a man! How does that make sense? In one breath she said Sussanah was too large, a chick that is at least one dress size smaller than Aleisha, but it's ok for Aleisha to be heavier because she's curvy?
Is she for real? She made no sense at all.
This woman is a personal trainer!! What would her clients (some who would obviously have body issues themselves) think about such comments?
Emma is helping to perpetuate the horrid beauty myth that is mostly propagated by men, I.E, Women must be stick thin, bottle blonde and have boobs bigger than their heads to be considered attractive.
In my opinion Emma's negative comments about Sussanah only highlight her own insecurities, and very obvious body issues. If she was secure in her own looks she wouldn't need to attack the looks of another, admittedly, pretty HM.

The other thing that strikes me about Emma, is how similar she is to Rebecca.
Don't snicker. Think about it. Both of them constantly bitch about the other HM's, and both of them think they're so much better than everyone else in there.
You only have to look at the way Emma tries to lord over everyone in the house in regards to rules, the chores, and even the food.
Rebecca does the same thing but in a totally different way. Her way of getting power is passive aggressive. She cries, she whines, she complains, she sets herself apart.
Another example of this was tonight when Rebecca told BB, she was a "Sheep in a house full of wolves". That statement implies that she is good and everyone else is evil, therefore she is better than them.
It's the same way Emma sat with Billy and talked about how the "Weird ones" were doing her head in and she couldn't believe they were still there.

Both of these women are attempting to manipulate and divide. They are just as bad as each other.

The Emma Dilemma!

Big Brother has once again been thrown into controversy due to the media's reaction to the death of HM Emma's father.

Tabloid gutter journalists like those vultures on Today Tonight, were very quick to jump on this incident, and fans across both the official and unofficial forums have been going into meltdown over Emma's request not to be told about her fathers death.

Today on the Big Brother Website, her brother Matt, answers the critics.

A letter from Emma's brother

DAY 34 09:50

Big Brother is aware of and understands many of the concerns the public has expressed upon learning the sad news of Housemate Emma’s father’s death. Emma’s family is appreciative of the care and support her fans have extended. However, this week’s media speculation is mostly uninformed, inaccurate and the cause of much distress to Emma’s family. Emma’s brother Matt has written asking that we help clarify the situation. His letter appears here.

Emma was aware of the possibility that our dads impending death may occur whilst she was in the Big Brother production. Our dad had been ill for a considerable amount of time and wasn’t taken from us suddenly; the family did have time to prepare themselves. We reassured Emma that, in the event that this did happen, grieving our dad’s death when she was released from Big Brother would be no less meaningful or significant than when he actually passed away.

I personally spent the last week of dad's life by his side and one thing he was absolutely certain about was the fact that he didn't want his death to impose either negatively or positively on Emma's Big Brother experience.

He made us promise him that no-one would notify Emma of his death. He was adamant and clear in expressing this request. He also requested that his death remain private from the Big Brother ‘hype’ but unfortunately due to the indecency of the person who leaked the information to the media we have been unable to honor this wish.

Emma and I have maintained a close friendship for many years. We have previously and recently in 'lock down', discussed the possibility of dad’s death thoroughly. I can confirm with absolute confidence that Emma has prepared herself and her views have been considered in the family’s decision-making process.

People may cast their own views and opinions but these people are not privy to Emma and dad’s relationship. We as a family wouldn’t want to interfere with anyone else’s family affairs especially in their time of sadness so we’re stunned by the reaction of so many that have based their opinions on a total lack of knowledge of our family’s internal workings. As Emma’s family we know her very well and are confident we have made the right decision.

Our dad was extremely proud of Emma’s achievements so far on Big Brother. He would watch her each night proudly from his hospital bed heckling rivals and laughing at Emma’s wicked attitude and antics. Without you guys and this Big Brother experience he wouldn’t otherwise have had this opportunity and insight into his daughter’s life, thank you.

Rest assured that the family has made arrangements to postpone dad’s final service until Emma departs the house to ensure Emma is still given the opportunity to participate. As you are aware the funeral has already taken place however the family will reconvene with Emma to lay dads ashes to rest.

On behalf of Emma’s family including Tim [her partner], we sincerely thank the Big Brother production team for supporting and respecting our family’s decision. Our family is not familiar with all this media attention and we are extremely grateful and appreciative of Big Brother's discretion and tact in dealing with this issue.

Regards
Matt (Emma’s brother)
________________________________________________________________

There has been much said on radio and TV about the fact that Emma AND her family didn't want her father's passing to impede on her "Big Brother experience", and even though nobody knows the status of the relationship she shared with her father, or her families circumstances, I personally still find it very hard to swallow that a person would choose to appear on a reality TV show, instead of spending time with a dying parent.
Even if she had a bad or estranged relationship with him, does it not strike anybody as odd, that she would choose not to be even told of his passing?

Personally, I would want to know if a loved one, friend or even a distant relative had died! It's not an insignificant event, it's a life altering event that could have many, many repercussions for years to come.

Think of the fall out from this. For one thing, Emma's grieving process has been irrevocably changed. When she comes out of the house, no doubt she will be told immediately. I really believe she won't be told on TV, especially during her eviction show, but some time after, however, it's all anyone is going to want to talk about. How will she have time to process the information? Will she go straight to her family? Will she continue with her promotional commitments to Big Brother? And if so, how will she cope? Will she have regrets about missing out on spending time that she will NEVER get to have again with her father? Will she resent not being told, even though she specifically requested it?
It's one thing to talk objectively about someones death, but quite another to face it.

For me, I can't help but question the type of person who would even request such a thing. I'm trying to hard to be non-judgemental, but this whole situation smacks of Emma's self absorbed, cold hearted attitude that she has displayed in the house again and again. I'm sorry! I know her father has just died, and I don't want to judge her but I can't help it. Even if the guy was the worst father in the world, you'd think she would at the very least want to KNOW that he had passed away.
I know death is a personal thing and I have no right to pass moral judgement on Emma, but I just find the whole situation so extraordinary, and unbelievable that I have to voice my opinion. Hang me if you will.

I can't understand it, and I think when she leaves the house she is going to face some tough questions and a bit of negativity over her decision. How she reacts to that is anyone's guess, but it's not going to be pleasant.

As for BB's role in all this,I don't think the Big Brother producers should be in any way, shape or form, taken to task over this, they're pretty much damned if they do and damned if they don't really. At the end of the day they are respecting the wishes of a housemate, it's that simple.
Finally, It's not for them to make a decision about something so personal and important.

Emma made the decision and she is the one solely responsible for the effects and the repercussions of that. Both for herself, and her family.

Another Turn On The BB Merry-Go-Round!

What a night! First there was the start of Aleisha's 21st birthday bash, that was rudely interrupted by the sudden departure of Hayley. Way to spoil a party BB! Seriously, what a downer!

As much as I don't like Hayley, I have to give her credit for getting through one of the most intense BB experiences ever seen (not counting the white room fiasco). The couple were doomed from the start and had she stayed, they would have been picked off anyway. I think Andrew stands more of a chance surviving in the house without her. Time will tell.

THEN, the hm's barely getting over the eviction of Hayley, face an intruder alert!

In come Laura and Daniella, dressed as Ninja's no less, and the party is rocked once more. Poor Aleisha, she did not look impressed with the gatecrashers at ALL.

I haven't had time to form much of an opinion on either intruder at this point. On first glace they look like 'more of the same', but I'm hoping Daniella, at least, will have the gonads to take Queen Emma on. Fingers crossed anyway.

Laura seems more a "Geek group" girl, so I'm tipping she'll join the others in their 'under the radar' flights.

Two interesting things from last night. 1) Emma made me laugh, she couldn't even be bothered to pretend that she cared about Hayley's exit. The chick is ICY! I love it.
2) Good 'ol Rebecca wasted no time taking both girls aside to give them her spiel on how nobody in the house "understands" her and she has the most "loving, kind" friends on the outside. Boo hoo! Go back to them then!!
3) Sussanah was a bit uncomfortable by the arrival of the intruders. Her and the other bitch, Nick, had a big gossip session as she did the dishes. Nick on the other hand was delighted not to be the "newbie" anymore, and was actually SMILING! Stop the press!!!

I can't wait to see how these two girls change the group dynamic and which "side" they choose to hang out with.
Should be interesting.

Nomination Night #4

Before I go into the noms, there were a few interesting things to take notice of from the daily show.
* Firstly, Emma's bitchfest knows no bounds. I found her comment that Rebecca "looks like a grandma" to be completely uncalled for, downright nasty and harsh. Yes, she doesn't like Rebecca and yes, we are aware Emma is a superficial, vapid, cow, but to make such a horrid comment about Rebecca's appearance just shows how low, childish and what an utter cunt she is.
Someone should tell her she looks like a haggard, bony, cheap arse slapper! Is she really in a postition to judge anyone else on looks? She's like a witch with fake tits!
I've mostly agreed with Emma's sentiments on not wanting to be friends with Rebecca, but I just loathe and despise people who put others down just to make themselves look good. Emma, hear this, If i see you on a promo tour I'm gonna pop those fake tits with the heel of my sharpest stiletto!
Manky whore!

*Sussanah and Thomas mirror hogging antics are doing my head in. Please BB, take her cosmetics off her and fine her a dollar for every time she looks in the mirror. Fine Thomas for every second he goes without a shirt or flexes in the mirrors. Why must we watch these two preening and pimping all day long? Good viewing? I think not.

*HayDrew having a sook about Demet ignoring them- Helloooo! What did they expect? A big hug, kiss and a "Gee thanks for nominating me for eviction you gorgeous sweethearts"? Are they deluded? At least Demet was true to herself. She didn't like them. Why should she do the one thing she hated above all else, IE- be fake, and say goodbye to them on the way out? They should consider themselves lucky she didn't spit on them. Haaaaaaa! I would have liked to see that.

*I hate the way Hayley says something catty, or makes a negative comment with a smile and a laugh. She's trying to be self depreciating and instead comes off looking like a childish dipshit.

*And finally, It's about time BB acted on Emma and Aleisha constantly colluding about nominations. It's been going on for weeks. I find it kind of ironic how Emma despises people who are "playing the game" yet SHE is the only one constantly talking about noms and who to pick off next. Pot. Kettle. Black.
HATE her!!!

Enough of my whinging. On with noms. Here's a rundown for those that missed it.

Emma
Before she could start, BB told Emma that he was awarding her one nomination point for alluding to who she was going to nominate the night before.
2 points - Rebecca, because Emma still doesn't trust her and thinks she continues to contradict herself and her religious beliefs.
1 point - Susannah, because she thinks Susannah is here for a holiday and doesn't pull her weight. Emma says she never helps out in the House.

*Funny that Emma believes Rebecca contradicts herself, what about EMMA, she is constantly telling everyone she doesn't bitch behind Rebecca's back, but Aleisha knows the truth of that.

Rebecca
2 points - Emma, because she doesn't think Emma likes her or has any intention of getting to know her.
1 point - Joel, for under the radar. Rebecca thinks he has a lot of personality but that's all everyone sees of him and he's actually covering up and hiding himself.

*I think Rebecca is spot on with her assessment of Joel. In the rewards room on Saturday night he told Demet that he wants BB to be a launching pad for him to "entertain Australia".

Zoran
2 points - Rebecca, for under the radar. Zoran thinks she evades conflict and is deliberating avoiding people being able to have an opinion about her.
1 point - Nick, because last night he did something very inappropriate and then announced it to everyone, which Zoran found offensive.

*Apparently Nick had a bit of a masty session under the covers and announced it to the whole house the next morning. Bahahaha! Good for him.

Susannah
2 points - Emma, because Susannah felt betrayed over a can of V which went missing from her drawer. She felt made a fool of by Emma, when she thought she was her friend.
1 point - Jamie, because he's talking too much and was interrupting Susannah all day which she found rude. He also dive bombed into the pool and splashed her.

*Is she not the biggest sook? Well besides Rebecca that is. I wish she would confront Emma about the drink stealing thing. Alas, she's too gutless and it would take away from the time she could be spending in front of the mirror.

Jamie
2 points - Emma, because Jamie thinks she has no interest in a friendship and will never enter into a conversation with him. He'll only get one word answers from her and she'll even walk off mid-conversation - he's frustrated.
1 point - Nick, because Jamie doesn't trust him. He's spoken to Jamie about alliances and he doesn't want to spend time with someone who is there for the game, not just for fun.

*How much has Jamie come out of his shell since Bodie was evicted? loving that.

Andrew
2 points - Nick, because Andrew thinks he's been aggressive and negative. He said he's taken a lot of issues out on others, like snapping at him about rationing the toilet paper.
1 point - Susannah, because he thinks if she doesn't have a chore Susannah doesn't lift a finger.

*What a refreshing change to see HIM doing the talking in the diary room instead of Hayley.

Billy
2 points - Susannah, Billy is not impressed with her lack of contribution to the House. He thinks she spends all her time in the sun and not helping out.
1 point - Rebecca, for personality, because she takes offense if he doesn't spend time with her and at times seems overbearing if she wants to play games and no one else wants to.

*He's still boring me. He's under the radar big time.

Aleisha
Aleisha was also awarded one point for talking about nominations with Emma the night before.
2 points - Nick, for personality, because she thinks Nick is very demanding and negative, he didn't do his chores properly and he's very hot and cold. Aleisha also thinks he cracks it at little things.
1 point - Rebecca, for under the radar. Aleisha thinks Rebecca limits herself to conversations which won't end in conflict, or to one-on-one conversations.

*As much as i think she has some brains under all that hair, she is still being a fucking bitch. Emma's influence is great, and this girl has shown on numerous occasions she can be just as nasty.

Joel
2 points - Jamie, for being too serious, especially regarding the Starbursts pranks. He thinks Jamie makes his time in the House less fun.
1 point - Nick, for under the radar. Joel said Nick has told him twice that usually he is an arrogant and confident, but he's afraid to be that guy in the House because he doesn't want to be evicted.

*Well joel would know all about avoiding conflict and flying under the radar. The twat.

Thomas
2 points- Aleisha - for telling Emma that I was talking about her behind her back, I felt it was constructive and pressure, but Aleisha didn't voice it in that way.
1 - Emma - didn't ask me about it, accused me of backstabbing. I put an effort in to get to know Emma better, but she slapped my hand away.

*I love how he shits himself at noms time. That is all.

Travis (with the help of his pet rocks)
2 points - Nick, for under the radar. Travis said Nick told him he can't be himself in here because he's scared of being nominated.
1 point - Thomas, because he told Travis he was going to speak up and be himself, but he's been a lot quieter this week. Travis thinks he's flying low to stay out of the limelight and not be nominated.

*Travis, Travis, Travis. I love you. But the rocks? Whats up with that?

Nick
2 points - Joel, for being the cause of too many fines on Saturday night. Nick also thinks Joel hides behind his voices and pranks, and is not funny only annoying. He also thinks Joel talks over top of him and makes him feel unimportant and uninvolved.
1 point - Emma, for not making an effort to be friends with him. Nick thinks Emma is selfish, rude and inconsiderate.

*Nick is another one desperate for the affections of Emma. Let it go bitchy boy. It aint gonna happen.

At the end of Nominations the three HMs up for Eviction were Nick, Emma and Rebecca, however after Demet waved her FNL wand - from the stage with Gretel - the final list of nominees were changed to - Nick, Andrew and Rebecca.

I really, REALLY want Rebecca gone. I can't watch her anymore, she's just too annoying, whiny, and boring.
I'll be sending my votes her way, but I have a feeling Nick will be the one to go. He hasn't really endeared himself to the public, which is a shame, because his confrontational manner and sour demeanor could create some good tv.
I'd be happy for Andrew to stay, just to see how he fares without his mum, and what aspects of his personality he would reveal.

What Bullshit!

Tonight Big Brother "dropped a bombshell" about HayDrew. The official site spins the story this way;

Hayley's going home

DAY 30 20:28

Hayley's going home
Hayley's going home
Hayley's going home

Andrew and Hayley survived their mission to keep their relationship a secret, but tonight Big Brother reminded them who was boss and told the unhappy HMs that one of them was going home.

In no uncertain terms, Big Brother announced to the Housemates that it was time to go.

“Having a relationship in the House gives you a powerful advantage,” he began as a worried look spread across their faces. “The longer you stay together in the House, the greater that advantage,” he continued.

“Therefore, Big Brother has decided that one of you must go.”

The two were clearly upset. “Tonight?” Hayley asked.

“Listen carefully,” Big Brother said. “You entered knowing that one of you could be removed at any time. That time will come… this week.”
However, Big Brother is giving you the choice. Who stays and who goes is up to you. Once you make your decision, you cannot change your minds.”

“OK,” Hayley said nodding. “Hayley, Andrew, you must make your decision now,” Big Brother added.

Shocked, Andrew asked, “How long have we got Big Brother?” Big Brother was blunt. “30 seconds.”

The two immediately looked at each other. Hayley said quickly, “You’d be OK in here without me. I would struggle. I’ve done everything I need to do in here. You’ve got to do it.” Andrew tried to talk her out of it but Hayley convinced him it was time for her to go.

************************
The truth is, and was reported on Nova FM last week, that Hayley must go overseas for her sisters wedding. Now, you can't tell me that BB knew nothing of this. The cryptic way HayDrew dropped hints about having "proof that they weren't playing the game", and the time she almost let slip and BB hauled them into the diary room for over an hour!
Hayley had NO intention of seeing this game through to the end. She was always going in for a short stint and I for one feel jipped!
Not because I like her. I do not. But because we've missed out on seeing someone else who would have been in it for the long haul, a potentially better HM than the one we got, and for what? For a crappy love triangle "twist" that fizzled out as soon as it was revealed.

Big Brother, you suck! I wanted the chance to vote that biatch out and you've robbed me!!!

Suck on that Disappearing boy! Your golden couple is no more! Muahahaha!

Eviction # 3- Demet

No surprises tonight. It was always going to come down to either Emma or Demet. Of the two I'm glad that Demet took the fall because the Ice Princess is one of the few "characters" left in the house. Once Demet lit her HayDrew bomb last week, that was really all she did. She didn't really stir the pot any more and mostly retreated into the background.
My preferred choice of evictee would have been Zoran, as I don't think he adds any flavour to the house, but the public has spoken and seen fit to punish Demet for her two faced, backstabbing ways. Meh!

In case you were wondering why I hadn't updated this blog during the week, It was because this past week has been THE most boring week in the house all season. NOTHING happened. No fights, no revelations, no fun, no nothing!
I blame the sleep deprivation task. It was a huge flop and a total waste of time. If BB was hoping that sleep deprived hm's would turn on each other, or the reverse, become closer by bonding over late night conversations. He was waaaaaaaaaay off the mark.
There was not even ONE event that warranted a blog post, and I was bitterly disappointed.
This show is going down the toilet fast. It started off with so much promise, yet it's rapidly losing my interest (and if the ratings are accurate I'm not alone).
I'm pining all my hopes on the new Intruders who will enter the house on Tuesday night. For the love of Jebus, I hope these chicks are not carbon copies of the other people in the house. We need to spice it up, we need some fresh, exciting personalities, and we need it NOW.
Lets hope they don't disappoint.

It will be interesting to see how "Demet's twist" works on nom night. It's a pretty safe bet to predict that either Hayley or Andrew will find themselves facing eviction next week, and I couldn't be happier. They are as bland as cardboard, and I think splitting them up will make for more interesting viewing.
If Hayley goes, I think Andrew would greatly benefit. She's more like his mother than partner, the bloke can not think for himself. Being there alone, without her as a crutch would mean he'd have to stand on his own two feet, and find his own place in the house. I also think he will be much more 'likable' without Hayley's influence.
If Andrew is the one evicted, Hayley would fall in a heap, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if she voluntarily left the house. There are rumours doing the rounds in the forums that she intends to leave soon anyway, to attend her sisters wedding in a few weeks, it was even reported on Nova. Either way, I really believe one of them is going home next week.

This weekend saw Rebecca yet again in tears over her inability to become life long friends with Emma. Is anyone else sick of this blubbering mess? Call me heartless, but what Aleisha said to her was spot on. If someone doesn't want to be your friend you need to move on. You can't force a relationship, you can't make someone like you, and it's high time Little Miss Sunshine grew up and realised this.
Maybe Rebecca does genuinely care about peoples perception of her. Maybe she really wants to forge close ties with everyone she meets, but it's just not realistic.
She is desperate for approval, desperate for acceptance and validation as a "good" person, she craves attention and affection and is just downright NEEDY!
I find it pathetic, but then I've never been one to give a rats arse what others think of me, so it's kind of hard to understand where she is coming from.
I wish she would just suck it up and get on with it. Tell Emma "Fuck you, it's your loss" and get OVER IT!
I can't stand needyknobs who bow and scrape and beg for attention, and then cry "nobody loves me, everybody hates me, think I'll go and eat worms" when they don't get it.

From Rebecca's diary room conversation with BB, it appears she is used to being the center of attention, the one people naturally "gravitate to", someone who has always been showered with positive re-enforcement, and this house, with these people, it's not happening.
In her own words; " I'm accepting and loving, I've never met with such opposition, people gravitate towards me. I've never felt like such a piece of crap. I just want to matter. When I speak, I want people to listen" WAH WAH!! Grow up!
I think this is what is fundamentally wrong with deeply religious people. They're not in the real world. They're so shielded and wrapped in cotton wool that any adversity, or negativity isn't handled well at all.

I can't have sympathy for her. I feel like grabbing her and giving her a good shake. She's how old and she's never met someone who didn't like her? Where has she been living all her life? In a fucking cave???

Moving on from her, Emma is another deluded freak. She constantly begins sentences by saying; I'm not being a bitch but......
I don't want to be nasty but.......
I'm not judging but...............
And then launches into some tirade against another hm where she WILL be nasty and bitchy and judgemental. She is so self absorbed and blinded to her own behaviour that it's hilarious to watch.
She took what Aleisha told her about the others talking about her as "bitching" when in fact they were all lamenting how hard it is to get to know her. Just another excuse for her to hate them.

By the way, I was really impressed with how Aleisha handled herself once she was out of Emma's shadow. There is some thinking going on inside that head of hers and she isn't as dumb and vapid as she appears.
I think if Emma were evicted we would see more of THAT side of her.

Noms tomorrow night, I'm tipping Sussanah, Zoran Emma to be up again. Demet will remove Emma and put Andrew in her place. What say you?

Nominations #3!

Well it seems the BB twist at nominations has saved HayDrew this week, because I'm tipping they would have been up for eviction for sure if Andrew hadn't had the power to change things.
There were a few surprises last night, with a lot of HM's finally taking the "under the radar" route to nominate. I knew Emma would be the focus of the "Geek" gang, but was surprised that Demet escaped the initial nomination process after her antics on the weekend.

It all went down like this.

Emma- She gave two points to Thomas. She said Thomas isn’t being himself, he’s flying under the radar and “He shies away from hot topics.” Emma then gave Rebecca one point saying, “She isn’t an honest person and I don’t trust her.”

Isn't that interesting that she feels Rebecca isn't to be trusted. HELLO- Pot meet kettle.

Jamie-he gave two points to Emma. BB reminded Jamie this is the third week he has nominated Emma. “She doesn’t want to enter into a dialogue and communicate,” Jamie explained, before admitting, “I’ve given up on her.” He gave one point to Aleisha claiming she’s difficult to communicate with because he has to constantly keep explaining things to her.

Travis-“Two bangers go to Emma. She is the rocky thing you just can’t crack.” His reasons for nominating her included Emma hiding away toilet paper during the week, and the distance between them. Travis then gave one point to Thomas, he felt Thomas tried to win Nick’s favour last week when there was a chance for a night of luxury. Travis said, “I thought big rock Thomas wouldn’t be swayed to hang around little rock Nick.”

Whaaaat the hell was he saying? The man talks in riddles and I'm surprised BB didn't pull him up for not nominating properly. Could this be because BB wants the truck driver to win? Hrmm.

Billy- Nominated Zoran for two points saying he is aggressive, obtrusive and loud. Thomas got one point for being under the radar. Billy said, “I think he does hold back a lot.”

Um, is Billy actually still in the house? He couldn't be any further under the radar the man hardly SPEAKS.

Zoran- Gave two points to Rebecca for avoiding conflict, saying: ”I don’t think she wants anyone to dislike her to avoid nomination.” One point went to Jamie for similar reasons: “When things start, he just avoids everything.”

Fair call I think. But I don't really think it's a strategy, I think both of them just don't like confrontation.

Rebecca- Gave two points to Emma saying, “Out of all the people in the house she is the person I’ve bonded with least.” One point went to Zoran with Rebecca finding him a fiery, temperamental person. She added, “I find it very difficult to be open with him.”

Funny that BB let her get away with the "not bonding" reason when he drags others over the coals. Maybe it was because he could see how anxious and frazzled she is by the whole process. Has she never watched the show before??

Aleisha-Gave two points to Zoran for using her hairdressing scissors. She said she didn’t think he has any respect for her belongings. One point went to Thomas for the way he used household food supplies.

Again, another bogus nomination that was allowed to slide. Consistency BB, consistency!!

Joel- Gave two points to Susannah. He felt she is sitting on the fence and holding back on her opinions. One point goes to Travis for strategic reasons. Joel said, “I think he is the best competition in the house.”

Interesting. Maybe Kate and HayDrew's assertion of him is correct. If so, he is playing the game very well so far. He often mucks about in the house and is considered one of the funny ones in there, however, it's all business once he hits that nominations chair.

Susannah- nominated Emma for two points for waking her at night and talking behind her back. Aleisha gets one point, for waking Susannah at night too, but also because she, “Threw a ball at my head, which hurt.”

Another wishy washy nom from an equally wishy washy HM. *yawn*

Thomas- gave Demet two points for her remarks last night, which he found to be “insensitive and inflammatory.” One point went to Hayley, also for “irresponsible and inflammatory” comments the night before.

WTF? Good God this man is as dull as pond scum! Could they have found a more fucking BORING hm to put in there? What? Was Fred Nile not available??

Demet- Nominated Susannah for being “annoying loud and fake” and Thomas copped one point because she “can’t communicate with him.”

If I hear this smary biatch say that one more person is fake, I'm gonna implode! Apparently the whole house is fake except her, man. Seriously, man!!

HayDrew- Demet received two points from the Super Couple. Hayley said it’s because Demet speaks behind their backs and is ‘fake’ to their faces. They gave one point to Emma. Andrew said, “Emma has based her judgments on what other people have been saying.”

They'd know all about being fake, so of course they can pick it in others. I also want to borrow Hayley so I can use her forehead as a screen for my rear projection television. Riooawwww!!

So originally, the HM's up for eviction were Thomas, Zoran and Emma.
Once the TWIST was implemented, Andrew saved Thomas and put Demet in her place.
This is gonna be a tough call for the teenie voters, but I think Emma and her boobs will be leaving the house.

Other interesting things to come out of last night's eviction wrap up, were the Fembots tears for Bodie. Egads she is capable of showing emotion! Who woulda thunk it??
I really believe she has trouble comprehending that people would dislike her. She doesn't seem to be able to get over the fact that they all don't worship at her feet, hence her need to secure her place in the house by being divisive. She is insecure in her position within the house, and that is why she needs to form her little posse of foot soldiers.

The HayDrew backlash- after Bodie's eviction message, giving them a big "four thumbs down" sparked another argument in the house between Zoran and Andrew, and Andrew and Demet.
Demet just smirked her way through the whole exchange, clung to her claim that the couple are "fake" and declared herself, "The new Bodie".
Zoran and Andrew were able to smooth the waters a little even though Andrew lied through his teeth!! The man looked Zoran in the eye and said he had never said a bad word against him. LIAR! He has said on more than one occasion that Zoran is "sleazy", and voiced his dislike of him.
The HayDrew backlash is going to continue for two reasons- 1- Everyone was suspicious of them from the get go. Once the whole "love triangle" was revealed, they were outed as being strategists and "playing the game". Two things which make the other hm's distruful of them.
2- Their constant focus on "the game" and blatant desire to win. The other hm's don't like how up-front these two are about that, and it's causing friction. If HayDrew do not win the next FNL games, you can bet your arse they will be heavily nominated the following week, and one of them will be going home.
That's my prediction anyway.

Finally, BB decided to do something about the blatant colluding and alliance building in the house. It was almost becoming another 'Survivor', the way the different groups were shoring up votes by stealth.

I'll be voting to out Zoran this week, because his voice and stammering speech is gettin on my tits! Yes, I'm a thinking voter, so I am.

We must save the Ice Princess, aka Emma, and Deceitful Demet! The house really needs these two to stop it becoming the HayDrew show!

Remember, as Gretel likes to say, DON'T VOTE FOR THE HOUSE YOU WANT TO LIVE IN, VOTE FOR THE HOUSE YOU WANT TO WATCH!!

Eviction Number 2. Bodie And Tj

Well no surprises there. Australia has once again voted with emotion rather than sense. Most voters seem to like the "punishment" vote, which inevitably means the loudest, the most obnoxious and opinionated HM's get the arse first. People seem to want to take the big personalities down a peg or two and their only weapon is to vote them out. Once they're gone however, they see the damage it does to house dynamics but it's too late. You'd think after seven seasons, people would wake up and not repeat the same mistake over and over again.

So what if certain HM's are annoying, big mouth, arrogant twats! WE don't have to live with them, and really only have to put up with them on our screens for a few minutes each night. What you have to remember is that the big personalities are the ones that cause the drama, the ones that create situations others would try to avoid, the ones who force the quiet ones out of their comfort zones, the ones who MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
What we are often then left with, is a house where no growth can take place, because nobodies buttons are being pushed, nobody is being forced to confront issues about themselves or others and it's plain boring.

I'm so disappointed that Tj went, and also surprisingly dismayed that Bodie got the boot as well.
I had a change of heart about Bodie over the weekend, and decided to throw a few SAVE votes his way because I realised, that yes he was a prick, yes he was an immature brat, but at the end of the day he was being HIMSELF. He wasn't trying to fly under the radar, he stood up for himself and refused to change to please others, he stood his ground and that, I have to begrudgingly admire about the guy.

Gretel likened him to a "lovable rogue" and while that was debatable her other comparison to him being "The Bart Simpson" of the house was more apt. Love him or hate him, he got a reaction from people, and that is why he was a good HM. It's the ones that you feel little or nothing for that are a waste of space.

I firmly believe that if they changed the voting to make it purely vote to save's that count, the larger personalities would remain in the house a lot longer, and the ones flying under the radar or "playing the game" would find themselves in all kinds of trouble.

The way it stands, the house always loses the "out there" personalities first, and it really is to it's detriment.

Losing TJ was no surprise. I knew that the teenie girls would get her out, and get her out fast. The same way that Emma will be gone the very first time she's up for eviction.
There is a very large voting demographic out there that does not like good looking, outspoken, bitchy women to last long in the game. Again, much to the detriment of the show.

TJ, is still totally deluded about the whole "relationship" deal with Bodie, and I really feel for him in the coming weeks as they will be joined at the hip doing their promo rounds. Can you imagine when chicks start to hit on him in clubs? Tj will go ballistic!
It was interesting to hear her comment that the thing worrying her most about Bodie being in the house and her out of it, was him "getting close to Emma" while she was gone. And that she "just wants to be loved".
Bodie is in all kinds of trouble now. He may have to take out a restraining order. Haahahaha!!

The only big surpise for me tonight was seeing the Fembot, aka Emma, crying when Bodie was evicted. That is the first time she has shown any emotion in the house, and I think it was more for the fact that she had lost a core member of the "A Team" as Bodie likened them, than the fact that she will actually miss him.

Emma is playing this game as hard as HayDrew (Hayley and Andrew) she's running around recruiting members for her cause, and sticking the knives in left and right while at the same time condemning HayDrew for doing the exact same thing.
Prior to last nights streaming and today's daily show, I really didn't think she was playing to win, but having seen how hard she is working to build up a posse, there can be only one explanation for it. She wants to win.

I know people will say that Bodie/Tj were annoying to watch, and at times they were, but you have to realise what they gave to the show was so much bigger than what they took away from it. I would sooner watch a house full of Bodie's and Tj's than one filled with Rebecca's and Hayley's.

Bodie and TJ were like big fat Cactus plants in a bed of roses. They were ugly, prickly and harsh, but boy did they stand out amongst those roses, and we'll remember them a lot longer than the roses in that garden. Awww, what an analogy. I'm fucking poetic so I am!! Haaaaaa!

Nominations tomorrow night and I'm tipping Emma, Hayley and Demet, to find themselves in hot water.
Andrew will most definately save Hayley, and probably put Zoran in his place.

Big Brother Censors- YOU SUCK!

I like thousands of others, paid to view premium streaming from the house. What do we get? Every time something interesting happens, we either lose audio or lose the streams entirely. How fucking RUDE! If there's a BB 08 next year, I will not be forking over my hard earned for the abominable coverage that the live streams provide. It's a friggin outrage how shoddily the fans of BB are treated. If they want to censor the shite, then make it FREE FOR ALL. If I am paying for a service, then I expect to bloody well receive it.

Four types of shit hit the BB fan last night, and the only way anyone knows what went on is by reading the heavily censored, sanitised versions from the official diary.

It seems TJ and Bodie were at it again, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! With Emma trying to be the peace keeper. Yeah riiiight! Did anyone else find it funny how she told Bodie that the Starburst lollies in the porridge made it the best she'd ever tasted, yet wasted no time encouraging Hayley and the others to have a group discussion about Bodies behaviour? The bitch is so two faced it must take her half a day to apply her makeup!

Tj was again shamelessly begging for Bodies attention.
From the OS diary-

Bodie and TJ meet in the bathroom where they argue once more. Bodie asks her: “Is there is nothing I can say or do to make you feel better?”

TJ tells him he should stop being scared and that they should work on their relationship. Bodie walks out of the room. Tj follows him saying: “Keep running, Bodie. Shows how big a man you are.”

TJ tells the HMs in the bedroom: “He’s trying to put everything on me. I’m just not scared.”

Um no, girlfriend. He doesn't want ANYTHING to do with you, besides getting an empty when the build up is too great. How can someone be so blind??

What the official diary leaves out is TJ telling all and sundry that Bodie and herself were 'intimate'. They "did it". I told ya so!!

What the Official diary also doesn't tell you is that Bodie wanted to leave the house last night. He packed his bags, went to the diary room and was determined to go. We'll have to watch the Sunday eviction show to see how it all panned out, but suffice to say, he didn't leave. Mores the pity.

The other big news from the house was Demet being outed as a two faced, untrustworthy backstabber.
It's been very interesting watching the two groups try to recruit her for their respective teams. At first it appeared that the Geeks had her. She was spending a lot of time with Rebecca and Jamie, but anyone paying attention would see how little she contributed to these conversations, she just soaked it all up.
Then we saw the "cool" group taking her under their wing, and telling her all the goss (as they see it) about the Geeks.
Thursday night she was taken into the rewards room by Nick, with Hayley and Andrew. What ensued was a bitch session of mammoth proportions as Hayley gave Nice the lowdown (again, her version of it) about all the hm's. Demet took it all in and then played her cards.

Yesterday she told Emma, Aleisha and Billy exactly what went on in the rewards room. She than chased Bodie down and spilled the beans to him too.

Last night, she was busted. She appeared to be wanting to play both sides off against each other and it backfired badly. Now all the HM's know she can't be trusted and is "playing the game".
NONE of this was reported on the OS diary. You had to be watching the half arsed, stop/start streaming to find this out.
Will they make it a feature of the Sunday show? I hope so, because it's a side to Demet that we haven't seen.

Andrew in particular is fuming about Bodies claim that he is "Under the thumb" of Hayley and is looking to confront Bodie about this.

Sooo much drama and upheaval last night, and the ones who paid to see the live streams were once again left out in the cold, having to piece together the bits of information that we were allowed to see and hear.

NOT FUCKING HAPPY KRIS!!!

*****UPDATE*****

The Official diary was just updated to include what actually happened last night. Andrew and Bodie finally had a confrontation. You can read about it here and then here.

Interesting tid bits for me were TJ egging on Andrew to take up Hayleys cause with Bodie; Hayley called Bodie a “pig”, Bodie smiled in response and Andrew seized the moment to have a showdown with Bodie in the Bedroom.

“He’s a pig, he’s a dog and he’s weak. … Such a man,” Hayley said sarcastically of Bodie, moments before the fight. “Let it go, OK? Nothing’s going to come of you saying stuff like that.” Andrew told her. “I know,” Hayley snapped. “Andrew, you need to give it to him,” demanded TJ. “You need to give it to him for Hayley’s sake and you need to give it to him for my sake.”

Hayley joined the argument and began yelling at Bodie to back up his claims. Bodie retaliated he knew she was fake because Demet told him what she said about everyone when Hayley, Andrew and Demet had joined Nick in the Rewards Room as part of the Starburst prize. In return, Hayley constantly shouted at Bodie that he was a “pig” and he angrily told them he didn’t appreciate being yelled at by “the couple”. Hayley yelled that Bodie didn’t deserve to be in the Big Brother House. “You are the fakest individual I have ever met in my life,” Bodie told her. “Good on you Mr Maturity 2007,” Hayley shot back. “Geez, you’re a pig.”

Bodie-“I have said in the Diary Room and to people in this House that personally, I don’t have a problem with you. … But I find your girlfriend fake as fuck,” said Bodie. “I’m sorry to say, I find her fake and that’s just the way it is.”

Andrew-“And I have no problem with that because you have no idea who she is,” said Andrew after a pause. “Why does it bother you so much for me to have the opinion that you’re fake?” Bodie asked, exasperated. “What bothers me is that you’ve never said it to me until now, when I came and had a go at you. Why haven’t you? Because you’re a fucking coward,” Andrew replied.

Bodie-“I’m the one who came out the first week and said to your missus, ‘we’d get along better if you weren’t playing the game’,” Bodie told him. “I’m the least afraid person in here and I don’t give a fuck what people think. I’m telling you how I think and if you can’t handle it, fucking deal with it because that’s life.” In return, Andrew called him immature.

“You’re a Mummy’s boy, everything you get at home is because Mummy gives it to you,” Andrew said while Bodie looked at him, expressionless.

“We’re in here, purely for the fact that your girlfriend sees it fit to walk past me and call me a pig,” he said to Andrew. “I think you’re a fucking pig, you’re a pig,” Andrew shouted. “OK,” said Bodie. “You don’t treat anyone with decency and anyone with respect and as far as you’re concerned, your experience in this House is to make yourself look good,” Andrew said, adding Bodie had been disrespectful to TJ.

Bodie-I’m going to keep smiling no matter what you and your crazy missus do,” he said. “You can’t affect me, you can’t bother me – as much as you’d like to.” Andrew demanded to know why Bodie thought he and Hayley were fake and Bodie bluntly asked, “Did you say this – ‘We know why we’re here, just keep playing the game’?” Andrew denied saying it. “I’m not doing anything to Hayley, Hayley’s doing a lot of it to herself,” Bodie said

Over the course of the night and into the next day, Hayley scoured the Big Brother rule book, trying to find a reason Bodie could be evicted from the House. She told Big Brother he was ruining her Big Brother experience for her and she believed he was breaking the rules. Big Brother assured her he knew when rules were broken.
At lunchtime, Big Brother made a few things clear. All HMs were called to the Lounge, where he said, “Big Brother wants to make one thing absolutely clear to all of you. Big Brother is always watching. Big Brother knows when you break the rules.”

“How you interact is up to you,” he continued. “However, Big Brother will intervene if Housemates intimidate, threaten, bully or vilify each other. If any Housemates feel they have been threatened, bullied or vilified, they should immediately come to Big Brother.” Hayley nodded.
********************************************************
So there you have it.
My questions are, why were we the paying viewers only allowed to see snippets of this confrontation? Why did they leave out the part where TJ pours her drink in Bodies suitcase? And will any of this see the light of day on the daily show?

This Big Brother house is about to implode! Hoorayyyy!!!

Starburst Burst My Bubble!

Well what a botch job that was. I hate to whinge about BB, really I do. I love this show more than any other reality show on the market, but seriously, sometimes the producers make it very hard to like!! I'm putting it down to more "fodder". Fillers for the 7.30pm timeslot. A yawnathon at best

So we have yet another HM. Great, just what we needed. NOT! But at least we have the token gay guy now. BB would not be complete without a rainbow representative.

Nick is the latest contestant to enter the fray and the poor sucka was not given a very warm welcome at all. He seemed in shock actually, but then I guess if he'd been watching at home it would be a little surreal to suddenly find yourself in the BB house. Thankfully he seems like he'll speak his mind and wasn't really backwards in coming forwards with the other HM's. EG, he told Emma she looked like a stripper and therefore would call her Stripper from now on, and when Rebecca told him she didn't like confrontation he replied; "That's a shame because I do". W00t! Lets hope he sets the cat amongst the pigeons in there. It's getting a bit dull, and I for one am over the whole Bodie/TJ thing. I stil want to keep her in there because it looks like she's setting her sights on Zoran now, but Bodie really has to go.

So, I thought it would be a good time to look at all the HM's and give my two cents worth on them, seeing as how we've had a few weeks to get to know them.

I've split the groups up into the ones I like, the one's I don't like and those I could give a shit about. It's not sup rising that most of the HM's fit into the last category.

The ones I like-

Well, pretty small group this one. There's TJ, Joel and Demet.

The reason I like TJ is well documented in this blog. However,I think if I knew her in real life, we would definitely come to blows. She has the most appalling lack of self esteem and seeks outside validation. Something I can not stand in others. She is also hypocritical, two faced and mentally unstable!! Last night she said something very interesting to Zoran, she said that in the NT she is "The cream of the crop", apparently there aren't many good looking girls there and she can have her pick of the available men. Coming into the BB house, she suddenly found that she was "below average" and she's not used to that. She desperately thrives for male attention to make her feel better about herself, and even if that means she is used and abused, then she'll cop that as long as she gets some attention.
The reason I like her is because you never know what she is going to do or say next. I love how unpredictable she is, and ther ability to fly off the handle at any moment. She is keeping everyone on their toes in that house and we need to keep her there. I think if Bodie goes this weekend, she'll set her sights on Zoran, and that will make for some interesting viewing. Zoran was telling her last night that she deserves better, and should just totally ignore Bodie. He seems to like her as well, and they could make a very fiery pair.

In regards to the game, she's got no chance of winning this. She's starting to get on the voting public's nerves (if the official and unofficial forums are correct) and her only redeeming feature is the effect she has on those around her.
Is she "playing the game"? I don't think so. I think she is incapable of being that strategic simply because she has such a hot temper and runs off at the mouth without thinking.

Joel- This is a weird one for me. He's a young Liberal after all and I was quite prepared not to like him :P But he is funny as fuck! They don't show enough of him on the daily show at all, but on the live streams he has the HM's in stitches on a regular basis. He really has only shown one side to his personality though, and for this reason he could be "playing the game". There has to be more depth to him..........well I hope so, because so far he ain't showing it!! He hasn't annoyed me, he brings some colour to the house, and he's a favourite amongst most of the HM's.
I was really surprised to hear Kate speak of her dislike for him on the nomination show and her statement that he was actually quite nasty in his humour. I haven't seen it, and so far, I think he's good value.
Will he win it? I don't think so, but he will get far as I don't seem him getting nominated too often.

Demet- I like this girl! She's hasn't revealed too much about herself yet but I could watch her belly dance all day!! She seems to be hanging out in the "nerd" camp most of the time, and she has had some good one on one conversations with Rebecca and Jamie that lead me to believe she has much to contribute. She seems to be biting her tongue a little, but I really believe she will come out of her shell more and more as the days go on, and really add some flavour to the house. Playing the game? Nope. Not at all. I get the impression that winning isn't a factor for her at all, and she's just there to enjoy the ride.
Will she win it? Hard to say, she doesn't seem to have any firm support at the moment but the real test of that will be shown when she's nominated. I don't think she'll win but she's another one that will come close.

The ones I loathe and despise-

Bodie- Where do I begin? He's a user, he's shallow, immature, dim witted, childish, self absorbed, selfish and very fucking annoying to watch and listen to. The way he has treated TJ is unforgivable. As much as she has let him behave the way he has towards her, the very fact that he would have sex with her one night, ignore her the next and then put her down in front of the whole group, proves what an arsehole he is. He sucks the life out of every situation he's involved in. It's all about "memememe" with him, he's all about looking after number 1 and everyone else can go to hell.
He's boorish! His humour is lame and puerile. He reminds me of the annoying younger brother of a close friend. Someone who always has to be center stage, and you have to tolerate for the friendship, but hate being around.
I really think he'll go this week and it will come as a complete shock to him. Being the famewhore he is, he acts as if the camera's are there solely for him. It wouldn't cross his mind for one second that people would not be enjoying him and revelling in all that he is. How could people not love him?
Playing the game? Trying to. Badly. I'm sure the whole TJ thing is as much for his own sexual gratification and ego as it is strategy. He's watched the show before, he knows "couples" work. He fails to notice however, that what he is doing isn't being part of a couple, it's being a user, and he is very transparent. Even the teeny girls can see this (again check the forums) he is quickly losing popularity and it's all his own doing. He won't win, he won't even come close. DICKHEAD.
